Marketing Plan for the Cultural and Ethnic Routes in Guatemala for the Project “Competitive Development of Cultural Tourism in the Maya Indigenous Communities in Guatemala”, of the Guatemalan Chamber of Tourism, funded by the Inter-American Development Bank, Multilateral Investment Fund. Work consisted in secondary research and phone surveys to US and Spanish tour operators to provide a competitive analysis, market segmentation, target market demographic and psychographic profiles, and analysis of actual and potential demand.
